Most business wants to provide their clients with fast and quick ways to schedule an appointment, book an event, reserve a table, or schedule a doctor's appointment. eScheduling is simple to manage and easy for the clients to use.
Publish eScheduling Tab
To activate eScheduling tab on main menu:
1. Select square box next to Click here to publish Calendar Page for electronic scheduling.
Option to allow clients to schedule appointments for services, menu, products, listing or rentals
2. Click Save to activate eScheduling page and calendar on website
Escheduling features include:
Display hours of operation
The navigation on eScheduling is very easy for visitors to navigate. It just as easy for members to manage:
Hours of operation can be displayed in 2 ways:
1. Type hours of operation in box provided on page (content will be displayed on right hand menu bar of page)
2. Electronic Hours of Operation can be selected for 7 days of the week with simple drop down bar.
Note. Both ways can be displayed. If eSchechuling tab is published on website, but dates are not set for Electronic Hours of Operation, Calendar will not work on website when visitors click on day to view hours of operation.
Electronic or Phone appointment
Although eScheduling tab is displayed on website, and hours of operation is displayed by content or electronically. Members still have the option to:
1. Schedule Online Appointment (if circle is marked, visitors can make electronic appointment)
2. Schedule Phone Appointment (if circle is marked, visitors are requested to call office to make appointment)
Auto Reply eCard
An auto email will be sent automatically to users that request for an appointment though escheduling.
- One eCard is set to be sent automatically by default.
- Diferrent eCard designs can be selected by:
1. Click on Auto Reply eCard on left menu bar
2. Select desired card by clicking on square box under card
3. Click Publish (eCard with Publish is to be sent to visitors that request for appointment)
- Custom eCards can be uploaded by
1. Click on Browse
2. Locate file on computer
3. Name Title of Card
4. Click Save (card should be uploaded)
5. Click on square box below uploaded card
6. Click Pulish ((eCard with Publish is to be sent to visitors that request for appointment)
Custom Auto Reply Cards
- Custom eCards can be uploaded by
1. Click on Browse
2. Locate file on computer
3. Name Title of Card
4. Click Save (card should be uploaded)
5. Click on square box below uploaded card
6. Click Pulish ((eCard with Publish is to be sent to visitors that request for appointment)
